Divorce, Separation and New Beginnings
A workshop led by Jennifer Whitlock, a Licensed Professional Counselor,
designed to help separated (or possibly separating) adults:
♥ Make connections. Reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness
♥ Heal feelings of anger, depression, rejection and grief
♥ Address their children’s reactions
♥ Maintain dignity when dealing with the ex
♥ Gain insight into what happened
Jen Whitlock, an advanced psychodrama student at Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute, will use warm-ups, role plays, enactments and discussions to allow participants to connect with each other, vent feelings, tell their story, explore relationships, clarify inner conflicts and practice new responses.
This workshop will lead to an ongoing group if there is sufficient interest.
