Dear Jen,
Thank you so much for a most remarkable seven month journey of growth and personal development! Words fail as I look back on the person who showed up in your office back in July - who was that, anyway? Here's to a coming year of discovery, growth, and much joy!
Jen has created a warm, safe, comfortable & ever so fun environment for her clients and their families. She provides an open and accepting view of what is "The New Normal", as well as a wonderful array of resource materials and connections to other professionals in relevant fields. (from Yelp)
When you go into Jen's office you feel a warm home feeling. I enjoy talking with her. I have come a long way with her she has helped me though a lot. Thank you Jen

Hats off that was fun last night! Thank you for hosting the support group! I Love it! I hope others can feel the joy through your meetings and the group because we are TRUE beings for once and not actors in a play anymore.

I have an answer to your question - Why do trans* people seek you out from such great distance?
I believe it is because you have a gift that only trans people usually possess: You can see our internal identity at all stages of transition. Most people can only see us at best when we are completely finished baking in the oven and we have already received our icing and sprinkles.

Comments from Rutger's Continuing Education Class Jennifer Whitlock taught, entitled Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Comes Alive!
In your opinion, what contributed the most to the overall workshop experience?
♦ Role plays done by instructor. Really helped me get it. ♦ Engaging, creative, participatory ♦ The instructor was engaging, energetic and passionate about the topic. ♦ The instructor's ideas, creativity and enthusiasm. Excellent demonstration of psychodrama. ♦ Very passionate, knowledgeable instructor; able to lead roleplays
♦ Jennifer's passion and confidence about it--she was comfortable taking risks and involving the group. I was very impressed with this. She made us "act" not just listen.
♦ The activities contributed most to the workshop. Not keeping with the traditional lecture and PowerPoint.
