Parents of Teens
Support Group

A fun Parents Group led by Deborah Capo McCarren. This group helps parents:
* Vent the emotions that teen offspring provoke.
* Develop coping skills to contain feelings when necessary.
* Better understand the struggles their children experience.
* Learn strategies for dealing with sex, drugs and alcohol.
* Talk in a way that teens will listen and listen so teens will talk.
* Develop greater cooperation with your teen.
* Get together with the Teen Group from time to time and play games and do activities to help get your message out in a friendly, fun way.

Where and When:
Change your Life Counseling, 93 Main Street, Newton, NJ, rear entrance, ground floor.
FREE TRIAL GROUP Tuesday November 10, 2009 6:30 to 7:30
at the same time as the Girls Talk teen group.
Cost:
* For one parent: $40 a session for one parent or $300 for 10 sessions if paid up front. * For two parents: $55 a session for two parents or $400 for 10 sessions up front.
Many insurance policies cover this amount. A sliding scale is available for qualified individuals.
