When: Accepting applications for Thursday 4:00 to 5:30 group.
Dates will be announced when we have enough people to start.

Goals:
♥ Recognize that beauty comes in all sizes, races and styles.
♥ Expand our idea of attractiveness to include inner strengths and talents.
♥ Discover what you really hunger for besides food. Satisfy your needs.
♥ Soothe moods without bingeing and unhealthy snacking.
♥ Develop confidence in spite of negative messages.
♥ Encourage healthy eating, and discourage unhealthy diets

Cost: $30 per session or $270 for all 10 sessions, paid by the first session.
Many insurance companies reimburse for group therapy.
